How to use for adults and children over 6 years: one spray of Otrivin 0.1% dose-controlled spray in each nostril: 4 times daily is sufficient. Warnings and precautions: Warning: If you have undergone head surgery, it is up to your doctor to determine whether you can use Otrivin or not. Otrivin should not be used in cases of dry nasal mucosa or closed-angle glaucoma, and should not be used in patients allergic to any of Otrivin's components.
